Can I change my order?

Can I return my hair?

Sorry, at this time we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please see our Return Policy.

When will my order ship?

All cosmetic orders typically take 2-3 business days to process with an additional 2-5 days for shipping. See our Shipping Policy.

Why does my wig or hair extensions ship separately?

Our hair products ship from a different location, but don't worry our shipping and processing times will still be the same dependent on your payment method.

How long does your hair last?

With proper care your hair can last a long time. Always treat your bundles as if they were your own. Longevity of our hair ranges  from 6 months to a year. All depends on your care.

Do you carry virgin hair?

Yes! Our hair is 100% Virgin Human Hair no synthetics this way.  Virgin Hair means it has never been processed just slightly steamed to produce desired texture. 

What is Raw Hair?

Raw hair is hair that has not been processed in any way, not even steamed for desired texture. One of the many reasons why Raw Hair is priced higher and harder to get. You will often discover that your bundles are slightly different because they are left in their natural state.  

Do you sell Remy Hair?

Of course we do! Hair cuticles in each bundle run in the same downward direction, to help with shedding and tangling.

What grade of hair do you sell?

Shhhh! Can I let you in on a little secret? The hair extension industry does not have a standardized grading system. Grades are 100% Marketing. But for all of you hair lovers that expect a grade we would grade our hair anywhere from a 7A-8A, it all depends on the trending grade of the year. 

Is my hair really sourced from Brazil? 

Lets just say hair origins are another marketing tool. Vast majority of your hair extensions are sourced from India and China and exported to other countries. Names like Brazilian/Peruvian are just a way to market hair to consumers to make you think that you are buying something different. One main difference between hair is the way it was collected and processed. 

What's the difference between your Malaysian and Brazilian Hair?

Our Malaysian hair is our hair that is a little less than perfect, but still great quality hair at an affordable price. 

Does your hair shed? 

Yes! All hair sheds, it's a natural thing but it is definitely at a minimum.

How many bundles do I need to achieve my desired look?

When doing sew-ins it is ideal to use 2-3 bundles for lengths between 10-18". Any lengths over 20" we would suggest that you use 3-4 bundles depending on how full you want your hair. Keep in mind that the longer the length the thinner the wefts get.

Why do I have to verify my identity? 

In order to prevent fraud and chargebacks we require customers to verify their identity and proof of address on all orders over $200. Customers will be sent an email with verification requirements like the below image, once verified order will be processed.
